I don't remember if this has been posted before, but for the longest time I've had certain exchanges in bot-to-human chats transcribed three times in a row in the transcript.

That can happen if the 'send response' button is hit multiple times before the window closes. If it's always exactly three times, though... I don't know.

I am using Mozilla too, and have the same problem so I just enter the codes I need manually.

I have noticed that whenever my bot (Sigurd) is talking to another bot, the last thing the other bot says to him before they stop is not included in the transcript. Is it just me, or is this a glitch of some kind?

The only things recorded in the transcript are the lines that your bot responds to.

That is just too bad because some of the responses from the other bots have been really great, but they have not been recorded

They should be recorded in the other botmaster's transcripts... If there are some you really want, you might ask that botmaster to send them to you (won't work for supercold bots, but will work for ones that are being worked on regularly)
