Alan, it may depend on the jurisdiction. Despite the big media cases, sexual crimes against adults are very hard to prosecute as a rule. It doesn't mean there aren't some aggressive DAs doing their best though.

To whom it may concern: I have been spending much too much time at the Forge recently. Not that I enjoy it, but Alas, there is life beyond the Forge and I actually have one! One reason I have been spending so much time is that I chat a lot. So I am going to cut down on my chat time and, in particular, I will not chat while working.
