I liked, it too, LD. It was one of the best depictions of madness I've seen. Especially the hallucinations. Oh yeah, good acting and stuff, too.

But the thing was, which ones were hallucinations? That made it a good mindbender and left it quote unquote a good movie

I wanted the whole movie to be the way it was in the beginning (where he sees all those shapes and compiles them into the guy's ugly tie, etc.). The creative, analytical stuff in his head seemed a lot more interesting than what came later.

They did take out the little matter of him being bisexual. But at least they didn't sugarcoat the madness part. If I see another 'crazy GOOD, sane BAD' movie, I'm gonna scream.

but then was he mad, or was it a conspiracy all around?

Oh yeah, by the way, WARNING, WE ARE MOVIE SPOILERS DON'T READ UNLESS YOU WANNA FIND OUT WHAT HAPPENS IN 'A BEAUTIFUL MIND'
Just incase, you never know, right?

Oh come on, how long ago were the Oscars? I saw A Beautiful Mind in the $2 theater.

Maybe they were ALL mad....

Any of us 60s survivors have compiled the universe into a nugly tie a time or two. I guess us lucky ones knew we were hallucinating.

Butterfly, I had exactly the same thoughts. I loved the ugly tie pattern thing, and wanted more. The distributed dance-partner/bar scene was ok too.

The second half of the movie was very boring, and the twist had almost no impact on me.

That's cause you're already twisted, kirby

I think his wife didn't really exist... He was married to the cop from the Village People probably

That answers a lot of things!

OMG you mean I missed that part in the movie? *slaps forehead*
