It seems that the PF Dedicated Server Drive doesn't intend to rise above 500$. Any ideas how we could change this?
I can think of a way to get at least a few $ more... but it probably sounds a little bit fishy, since it involves 'risk-free' online-poker

Live From the New Server!
I went ahead and bought the new server, and set it up this afternoon. The fund drive got us a third of the way there, and I\'m keeping it up since this is an expensive move and I do appreciate any donations. Please let me know by chat message or email if anything needs tweaking. It should be a lot faster, as all the bottlenecks have been removed except for the internet connection, which I will upgrade in the next week.
It\'s possible the number has gone up and the graphic hasn\'t been updated. I am quietly hopeful that we have made progress. In fact I see the prof on as we speak, so with any luck . . .
Okay the fact that I was able to flick through about three different pages in under 20 seconds before I got to here would suggest that I see your point.

Btw - I'm still experiencing the usual downtimes. Many of them. Anyone else?

All the more reason for those who haven't donated to throw in some tips to the Prof. Seriously. If you can only afford five bucks, chip in five bucks. If you can afford more, great. But since we're the ones getting the most benefit out of the upgrades... 
I take everything back that I've said about downtimes. Everything's working perfectly for over 3 days now. Thanks, Professor!
