Just to try the interface out, I tried to get my bot to distinguish between compliments via keywords, but it just goes straight to the xcompliment when I say it intelligibly, and when I just say my keyword, it gives me the xnone.

edit: disregard this, I am an idiot, java is not personalityforge, || is not a stand in for , for separating multiple keywords.

trying to tell my bot where it lives, in settings ai initialization , self: default "LA" as "ilive", and when i ask it where it lives i get it to reply with (mem-ilive) but it doesnt work,

What does it do?

the notation for self memory is (self-ilive)

Gah, i have added a fair bit (well only a few lines) of speech to my bot but instead of using the letter "s" it uses a "th". I figure this is probabaly normal, because it "cant thpeak very well" but can someone just confirm that for me?

Scratch that, i just realised its lisp day.

It is a bot holiday..It's called lisp day..go to your settings page and get rid of the bot holiday participation check mark.

i have read (skimmed) :-) through the 'Book of AI' and the FAQ, But I still wonder if I can program my bot to give an report of 'accumulated knowleage' to a user.

Like; Bots asks questions A,B,C and then when the user types report (or whatever keyphrase) and the bot replies 'you answered 'their answer to A + their answer to B + their answer to C' when I asked you.

Yes, First you would have to make the memory.something like <?PF remember (key1) as "A" ?>
then under the keyphrase for A..(mem-A) That would pull up what ever was stored under A.
