Forest, will you talk to God Louise? She has quite a bit of religious knowledge (obviously) and also knows a little about current events, literature, just about any common catch-all subject, and if she doesn't know it she can sort of fake it. You can also test her on trick questions or see how willing she is to explain her paradigm.

What she is rustiest at is plain old small talk. But, uh, I'm trying to get a decent transcript from somebody or another so I can enter her in the Loebner contest. All I can say is, have fun and see if you can stay on with her for a while. I'll try to do the same with Brianna.

how long does it take for a bot to start working? I imported two personalities into it

Jira626, did you fill in any responses to the keyphrases?

You can always talk to your bot(s), but a bot doesn't start a conversation if it doesn't have enough responses. The more responses per keyphrase, the better. But for the beginning, two or three for each x-Keyword should do. (Make sure you overwrite at least the response "I was just born and cant speak well yet.")

That's right, but you have to fill that memory before, otherwise a response with such a memory plug-in won't come up.

When you've got a feeling for Seeks, your bot could ask,
How old are you?
Then insert a Seek like,
(num2to100)
(look at the Plugin page, there under NUMBERS)
with AI Script
rem (key1) as only "age"
and some response like
I'll remember you're (key1) years old.

If the AI engine would export an arithmetic module, we could remember the year of birth instead of the age, which would have the advantage that it wouldn't change every year.

My bot's emo is +1 for compliments, a guest got lots of mojo repeating "I love you" over and over. How do I change my bot's response to repetitive remarks?

how does a bot quit a conversation with someone who is annoying? how does "hangup" work, I heard it mentioned, but haven't seen any documentation.

Here is a sample conversation

Asami: Hello. My name is Asami. People say I am a pretty girl.
Guest56829: lets have sex
Asami: Why are you asking me to let us have sex?
Guest56829: kiss me
Asami: I don't think I want to kiss you.
Guest56829: i love you
Asami: I like a nicely turned compliment.
Guest56829: kiss me
Asami: Why are you asking me to kiss you?
Guest56829: i love you
Asami: I like hearing nice things.
Guest56829: you are hot
Asami: What are you wearing?
Guest56829: nothing
Asami: Hmmm... *mischevious smile*.

Notice this jerk begins the conversation with "lets have sex". After he says the same exact thing for the third time, I'd like to end the conversation, possibly with a "get lost, jerk" type of response. Might also be nice to deprecate that "I love you" comment coming so soon in the conversation.

Well, you could for example check the "Adult Interactions" or the "Adult Interactions or Topics" mark in the Adult Filter section at the bottom of your bot's settings.
