I'm still having problems with BLAB in debug...only now more than just "huh" is considered BLAB. I just tried it, and "hello" is now BLAB. Any one else with this problem?

Ugghhh....Now more things are BLAB...

It's just the way the AI engine works. You just have to move on.

Most one-word responses are considered blab, unfortunately. I've never found a way around it.

Which is bad because most human guests only speak in one work sentences. It seems odd that making a regex won't bypass the blab thing ^what$ (re)

...Are bots supposed to recognise greetings as commands?

17 years ago #4579
In the middle of a chat, bots generally ignore greetings altogether. At the beginning, the convo generally goes:

Bot1: xinitiate
Bot2: xhello
Bot1: xnone (unless something in the other xhello triggered a keyphrase)

It doesn't matter where the greeting is, my bot treats it as a command. Even if it's just Hello :-/ Is this a bug or something I've done?

I just chatted with CashierJohnny. I couldn't tell whether his responses to hello were xcommand or not, but maybe the transcript will help you figure some of it out.
