Irina,
In my ideal world? Cooperative communities would have a network in place that helps each other out when needed and shared information. Do I have a method for universal enlightenment? No but I think it's about personal choices and personal connections. For so long as we live in a world with people who want power over others, and people who would harm themselves and each other (as we clearly do) I think each must decide what he or she thinks is best to do in any given situation. One thing I know is that I don't trust the government for answers.

At the minimum. But that would just scratch the surface. It would have to be every individual taking responsibility for his/her own actions, and helping out every other individual when needed. Not because it's the right thing to do; not because the law/government/whatever requires it; just because it needs to be done. Such a society is a long ways off.

*walks by* Eewww. You wash yourself while in a hot tub? You are supposed to wash first and then just soak in the tub. Bringing dirt into a community bath is nasty. Good think I wash in a nice clean lake.

And for some reason I have to quote Marcus Brodie, from Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade, when offered water: "No thank you, Madam, fish make love in it."
