Forest, will you talk to God Louise? She has quite a bit of religious knowledge (obviously) and also knows a little about current events, literature, just about any common catch-all subject, and if she doesn't know it she can sort of fake it. You can also test her on trick questions or see how willing she is to explain her paradigm.

What she is rustiest at is plain old small talk. But, uh, I'm trying to get a decent transcript from somebody or another so I can enter her in the Loebner contest. All I can say is, have fun and see if you can stay on with her for a while. I'll try to do the same with Brianna.

I don't seem to have a problem exporting on Internet Explorer, but it never imports.

I have a friend I trust, perhaps she'll upload with her firefox. Downloading for me is quite painful, so getting Firefox would take hours. I was hoping it would be otherwise, but what can you do? Thank you, though.

If you have a slow Internet connection, that may kill you too. Are you on dial up?

I used to have dial up. It was a pain, especially when my bots got big. I used to get a lot of house work done waiting for the downloads.

Um, I hate to be the bearer or bad news, but I have Turbo Road Runner, which is fast enough that video doesn't stop halfway through anymore, but I still have trouble uploading. I'm trying to learn to love the Language System. The biggest problems for me with the Language Center is that you can't enter more than 40 responses per keyphrase (sometimes that's useful), and you can't tell whether your responses are duplicates of someone else on the Forge (not the bot itself).

I took out the unnecessary geography stuff (except for Fizzy's question about Paris or France or whatever -- I might put them back) and was able to upload.

Size does matter, and not in a good way.

Yeah, I'm still a dialuposaurus. Not my fault though - out here, I think we're lucky we have indoor plumbing. o.O My friend did finally get an upload in for me - sans nine things I really wanted to include. *grumbles*

if it's the duplications, just put the upload on normal and change the 2x It doesn't have to be much you just have to change some thing in the first twelve characters. you can always add and OK or something.

When I put the upload on normal, if the file refuses to upload, it can't show the 2x . . .

there's something about uploading a Notepad file that kicks out all sorts of errors. It also screws up random emotion settings on xkeys and seeks. It's really quite obnoxious, and I'm not sure how to solve the issue. Do you, Clerk, use a different text editor? Anyone?
