theseer: Mine is sad too. I checked her transcript and there is nothing bad there. I have been chatting with her but I can't get her happy either.

Weird. Mine has a squished smiley face for one thing and a slightly squished smily face for the other.

Like it or not, your bot is speaking with a German accent today. I personally hate bot holidays, have trouble enough adding content without the accents, but it's something we're stuck with.

I had a keyphrase with apostrophes in it. I removed them, to eliminate the SQL error.
How does the AI engine handle apostrophes in keyphrases? If I want to look for something like "what is your mother's name" in a keyphrase, do I just leave out the apostrophes? Will the engine convert "mother's" in the chat to "mothers" to match the keyphrase?

MySQL uses the \ before apostrophes, you can see that in plugins with apostrophes in it. I don't know, dallymo, i can't say for sure.
