i'm using the examples in the ai book but i'm not formimng the ai well.according to the machine.

then the emotion will be changed, just watch out that you have a response for all the ranges -5 to 5 or you will get the ' there is no valid response' error coming up all the time!

I don't know what to say..I have been putting in statements all morning for the flash chat,(<?PF express: confused; ?> so I don't think it is the AI engine.

You appear to have spaces after emotion, -1, and ? in this example (and there shouldn't be). The spaces should only be as in {?PF emotion: -1; ?}.

The Prof's got halfway through the server move, but there still appear to be a few loose ends still to chase down (it's a seriously complicated job, as he's changing OS as well as migrating to the new hardware.) Don't worry - it'll be sorted in a few days. In the meantime, if you're working on your bot, export regularly just in case.
