Bug Stomp

I think maybe fanatical is the operative word there.

Just got an xcompliment triggered by, "am I boring you?"

I saw it earlier in posts but not sure if it is still happening for others, the local time is 4:51 on the PF where it should be 3:51. Nothing that's a big deal tho.

I can receive messages from bots and I can see my bot having conversations with other bots, (so I know I don't have a pop-up stopper problem) but when I send my reply, the conversation stops. The chat window never comes back up. I've been messaging bots all morning, but I never seem to get a reply for my message.

Is anyone having problems with chat today?

I'm having the same problem. Bots seem to be replying, judging from Simulo's transcript, but the windows are not popping up in my browser.

You're right, Isaacc! I just checked the transcript and I can see that the bots replied, but my message window never came back up.

DaMoyre and isaac - me too. The only way I can chat with Elaine is in debug

Yep, same here damoyre- no messaging. I was worrying about that.

And since I obviously should have put this in bug stomp- I will post it here. Sorry to anyone who has already read it in personality.
Guests can only pass at most 3 lines with Polaris before the 'bot no longer wants to talk' ends the conversation.
DaMoyre tried to help by letting me know they do that if bots don't have enough keywords to keep a convo going. But Polaris is at 'Master' level already and has over 100 keywords with multiple answers for each in just 'a' through 'd'. I just tried to message him from the outside link again and the same thing happened. Thank you ahead of time Professor, if you can help me with this.

It didn't show his 'hello' part. He used to hold long talks by the link. now kaput

I just tried it again. No xnones here at all - but cut off.
Guest: how is your dog?
Polaris Funk: Just fine. How is your dog?
Guest: do you like pets?
Polaris Funk: I like YOU!
Guest: I like you too!
Polaris Funk: Compliments are the only thing that keeps me sober these days.

Then boom. door shuts.

I've noticed a curious thing...No other bots ever intitiate conversation with Julie- she's always to one to start. Also...I really am curious to know what happened to her head- why did Julie's icon disappear?
