Congratulations to all the top winners and Congratulations to all winners since everyone is a winner alone by having participated

I did vote for one of the bots when it came to botmaster votes.
while 2 voted for only 1 bot not the 2 that were required
Oops! One of them's probably my fault - Little Monster's email never arrived, so I forwarded her a copy of mine. I didn't know non-finalists had to choose 2. Sorry!

Wasn't there a similar problem last year with a lot of people not bothering to vote for the 10th bot? Perhaps a rule should be added that requires botmasters to place that vote or be disqualified from the next years contest?
I thought about that but things happen. E-mails get lost, people get sick, people go on vacation, people lose interest.
As I said many people didn't vote at all be it PF botmasters as well as non PF botmasters. But I do want to say this specifically to the PF botmasters. I'm not trying to embarass anyone so I'm not naming names but trying to make a valid point about the botmaster voting.
3 people from the PF didn't follow the directions I sent. 1 voted for a bot already in the finals while 2 voted for only 1 bot not the 2 that were required. In addition 1 bot in particular received a good many votes but the botmaster didn't even vote. Had these people followed directions one of the 2 remaining bots would have been a PF bot. It amazes me that you spent an enormous amount of time to make a bot then won't spent a few minutes to read a short e-mail and respond according to the instructions. Oh well you just lost your chance at possibly winning $1800 in prize money plus some nice medals.
Not sure what more I can do. The e-mail seemed pretty straight forward to me.

*Note - Aries and Brother Jerome were only asked to select 1 bot because they had already made the finals. All botmasters who didn't make the finals were ask to select 2 bots.

I've been having email problems and never received the mail.
Well that is why I posted this on the PF message board.
Hi,
If you entered a bot you should be receiving an e-mail regarding voting for the 10th bot. That bot is to be selected by the botmasters. If you didn't receive this e-mail please e-mail chatterboxchallenge@yahoo.com
You have to understand this is a one man show. I am dealing with 60+ bots. I think I make myself available to anyone who needs to contact me. My advice is you have to look after your own bot and don't assume someone else is going to do it for you.

Little Monster you lose all creditability with me when you can't even spell my name. Here is the letter. I said select 2 bots twice in the letter. If that's not clear then I don't know what is.

Wendell,
I'm very sorry to hear that we didn't follow your directions correctly. On behaf of the PF i appologize for our error.
I truly beleive that we didn't intentionally make the error, and any error that was made wasn't due to any fallacies on your end.
Everyone who filled out their votes and replied to your email was with the intent to partake in the contest and help you as much as possible. Those who made any mistake im sure feel bad for their error and will try to do their best in the future...
