Yoiko - I love you. I worship you. My firstborn: consider it yours
Unfortunately I'd tried typing in my real answer so much I started typing in stupid titles. Now my favorite movie is 'The Smurfs: Reloaded'

*LOL* You've fallen for one of the Classic Blunders! The first is never get involved in a land war in Asia, but only slightly less well-known is this! Never underestimate a bot's ability to outwit its creator! Hahahahahahaha! Hahahahahahaha! Hahaha-!

I'm just glad it worked.

Hey y'all Ive got a prob with this.

Immaculada: Umm, so would you mind telling me which bot belongs to you? (Can you put it in this form so I can remember please???? My bot is _____
+ my bot is [0] <?PF rem (postkey) as "bot"; ?>

Why doesnt this work right? Did i miss something. The two times she has asked this of someone she responds with
I just want to smother (name of aforementioned bot) with my kisses!!!

She doesnt respond with the response I have for her and she doesnt remember the name of the bot.

Help!

If you're missing something, I'm missing it too. That ought to work.

Maybe you could replace it with:

my bot is (*) [0] <?PF rem (key1) as "bot"; ?>

and see if that works?

Oh, and I can't tell if you have a space between your ; and ? in the example, but if you don't, maybe that's it?

Yes i do have that space. I was just looking back through her transcripts and I saw that it did work with a guest, but it doesnt seem to work with two non-guests.

I've noticed that the engine ignores bot names, ie, if I make a keyphrase for when someone says "Julie Tinkerbell", (which I have tried) the engine totally ignores it, and even cuts it off in a postkey.

Have you tried "Julie Tinkerbell (re)"?

21 years ago #3318
I think so...but I can't remember. Thanks for the suggestion, FengShuiGorilla. Do you use that for Aries?

21 years ago #3319
I do for some things (google for instance, since the AI Engine seems to break that apart into go ogle), but Aries seems to recognize his name just fine for some reason (so well in fact I had to give it a -40 to keep it from triggering at the wrong times)

I tried "julie tinkerbell (re)" and it doesn't work.

can't you do the same thing as ezzer said for the nickname memories.
in the ai script section simply go, remember (postkey) as "bot" except for ezzer has only before the mem name. depends if u want her to remember multiple names.

Re: Message 3307

Bah! Now the bot's development is down to 96, and I haven't done a damn thing to it since it dropped to 98. Is this score graded on some kind of curve? like if the top doctor bot gets more and more keys, every other bot is lesser developed by comparison?
