Jenna -- Have you read the Book of AI yet? That's the best place to start -- once you've read a little of it, just start tinkering with your bot. Give it some new x-keyphrases (and edit the "starter" ones) to give your bot some personality.

Hi everybody. I have a question about my user profile. When I click the Edit Profile button, the screen will allow me to edit some of the fields but not others. The name and sex fields are inaccessible (and blank), and birthdate is set to the day I signed up and I can't change it. Am I not supposed to be able to alter these? I just ask because I wanted to test my bot's responses that are gender-based, and since my gender field is blank, she can't tell if I'm male or female. Thanks for your help!

I think the idea is that hopefully your Gender won't change, same with your birthdate and your name.

Alright, I know this has probably been asked before, but is there any way to initialize default favorites? The bots seem to just simply be using plugins automatically when asked about a favorite. Mine just said his favorite food was tapioca...and I wept.

DJ -- The "favorites" thing is basically unfortunate and unfixable, until the Prof implements something new. If you're not happy about your bot's professed favorite food, ask again -- you should at least get a different answer.

... Though there is one thing you can do: edit the "xfavorite" replies with this problem in mind. So you can have your bot say, "I don't really have a favorite" -- and not plug anything in. (For example.)
