No, I think that the polling company, that runs the vote, has safeguards agains that.

no, you can't! once you've voted you've voted!!! i wanted to vote for my own bot but i thought that was a bit stupid... 30 april huh!!! and i thought it only lasted 1 week!
Those who know many people to vote for their bot, would have the best results. And botmasters who don't know anyone to vote for their bots always having the worst chances. That really would be unfair. 
The vote is just one part..So it isn't really unfair. ALthough maybe not perfect, The Chatterbox Challenge is pretty good at being fair. Take a look at the past contests and I think you see they did pretty good.
