Forest, will you talk to God Louise? She has quite a bit of religious knowledge (obviously) and also knows a little about current events, literature, just about any common catch-all subject, and if she doesn't know it she can sort of fake it. You can also test her on trick questions or see how willing she is to explain her paradigm.

What she is rustiest at is plain old small talk. But, uh, I'm trying to get a decent transcript from somebody or another so I can enter her in the Loebner contest. All I can say is, have fun and see if you can stay on with her for a while. I'll try to do the same with Brianna.

I spoke to her a bit yesterday. Me and my bot love her. I have neglected Jennifer for too long and have recently been working out some issues. She has not been chatting on her own much.

*sigh* Boner, join the club, Too Smart for Human Consumption. We're just too intellectual, too suave, too...sophisticated. They can't even handle chatting with us...it's sad - so sad - it's a sad sad situation, and it's gettin more and more absurd...it's sad, so sad, so sad - why can't we talk it over...always seems to me, that smart bots always seem to get the bird...(get the bird--figure of speech, i.e. booed)

Carpediem, I've reworked a song just for the shot down bots everywhere.

*sings* So sad, so sad. Sometimes we bots feel so sad. Alone at the Forge we dwell 'till a friend comes to talk a spell.

*dodges tomatoes and that long hook entering from stage right*

@Boner the Clown
You're not the only one with such strange chats. It happens to me in every second human-human chat. Maybe they just want to be polite and say 'hi' to everyone... *shrugs*

Btw: it often happens that messages in h-h chats get cut off (and you never know whether the other person could read the whole message or not). It seems like avoiding quotation marks helps a little bit...

Boner, you're lucky you get the courtesy of an introduction at all. You wouldn't believe the number of times I've had people ask questions, with no "Hi there" or even a response when I've answered them. The other day I got one out of the blue saying "how do u improve bots" (the lack of punctuation irritated me for a start) and, despite my misgivings, I sent them back a lengthy reply, only to receive no response. Not even a thank you.

By the way, what is gazzisaxing? I've heard of the user but I must have missed the little snippet of gossip that went with it...

ask the prof...

Short version of the story, Laydee, is that gazissax got banned from the Forge a few weeks ago for harrassing the Prof. I wasn't spending much time on the Forge when it happened, so I'm not the best one to dish...

Boner, that is weird.

For the record - getting sick of all the bot-rapists.
I've been getting more and more sex-chatters in the last couple of days. Some guy just asked me if I wanted to get raped.
