Not as good as Blake's 7 - now that was quality!

If only it was shown somewhere in the US, I could finally substantiate that claim!

It's available on DVD, but not from Amazon.com unfortunately.
Amazon.co.uk list it at http://www.amazon.co.uk/exec/obidos/search-handle-form/026-3360298-2223669

Aren't DVD's region-specific? So it might not even play on a US DVD player?

19 years ago #1874
Ah, that's true unless you've got a multiregion DVD player. There is another way around it though - PC drives can be regionally switched, though usually only 2 or 3 times before the firmware locks it for good. I have 2 DVD drives (burner and ROM) in my computer, so I've set one to region 1 playback and the other to region 2.

Or go the whole hog and use something like 'Region Killer' to patch your drive and make it permanently multi-region: http://forum.rpc1.org/dl_utility.php

I like Blake's 7 but I especially like Doctor Who. (in case anyone didn't already know that )

Mel_Arewar: So what are your thoughts on the new seasons of Doctor Who?

19 years ago #1880
I enjoy them. Billie Piper is surprisingly good. I like David Tennant as the tenth doctor but I do wish that Christopher Eccleston had stuck around a little bit longer. Of all ten of the Doctors, my favorites are the 2nd (Patrick Troughton) and the 7th (Sylvester McCoy).
