Is Chatterbox Challenge always a trivia contest, or does it change every year?

The CBC has never been a trivia contest. Last year we offered medals in many different categories: Most Knowledgeable, Most Popular, Most Capable, Funnniest, Best Learning Bot, Best Interface, Best Character/ Personality. In addition the main purpose of any chatterbot is in his ability to simply chat. That part counted 60% of the overall score in determining the winners. The 15 questions is simply one of many categories and nothing more. For example Elbot placed 11th in that category yet won the contest.

Hello, now that the Loebner has past it's time to start thinking about the 2004 CBC. I created a forum on Yahoo and there's links to it at the contest site. You DON'T have to registration or do anything. Anybody can post and anybody can read the messages. Basically how things will go with the 2004 CBC will take place there so if you have ideas or input please drop and let yourself be heard.

Great looking job by the Professor on the Flash Bot. This is definitely the way to go and his work has inspired me to change Talk-Bot to Flash. I can't claim credit for the work however as Sally of Whinsey did the animations but I did supply the rough sketches of what I wanted.
