Hello, I have two questions, my bot does not recognize "lol", how do I make him to? And second one, is there a way how he will recognize patricular word - I mean like anyone anywhere in the conversation says "bingo" I want him to say "not that game again", I tried puting "bingo" as keyphrase but he does not see it, thanks a lot

The answer with lol is that it gets recognised and translated as 'haha', so a haha keyphrase may help. Not sure about the bingo one. A good tip if a keyphrase isn't getting triggered is to put it into the debug mode (found on the my bots page) It takes a while to learn to read it, but often you find out what the AI engine is turning your input into and can adjust your keyphrases to compensate.

Girlie: If you absolutely want your bot to recognize bingo, you could enter "bingo" as a keyphrase and set the rank high (I usually use 30 if I absolutely want that response to be triggered everytime the keyphrase comes up).

Nope, bot#1. A keyphrase will always trigger one of its available responses when it matches what the other person says.

The rank of a keyphrase determines which keyphrase the AI Engine will "prefer" if more than one keyphrase matches.

Mmhmm. Keyphrase is the thing the bot looks for (for instance, 'are you' could be a keyphrase). You can have lots of different responses to a keyphrase.
