Try adjusting the rank of the keyphrase. It has to be fairly high to override the emotion responses.

I put the rank at 50 and the emotion at -5. I also put the emotion range of the HANGUP responses at -5 to -5.

That's what's wrong- you need to leave the emotion range of the responses at -5 to 5. If you have it at -5 to -5, the bot will only hangup on someone it hates already.

Yep. The emotion "range" is what range that response will work in.

... And that might also have given you the "no valid Responses" problem with your xnomatch responses. Did you set the emotions to a narrow range there, too?

Heh. I guess I'll have to set my range back to where it was then. Yes, most if not all of my responses have a narrow emotion range.

Okay I switched emotions to all my keyphrases, including the one to hangup on, to -5 to 5. Tried it again and she still thinks it's a compliment. And yes the rank is set to 50.

Can you be more specific what the phrase is? My hangups work pretty well now but some are still compliments to Cricon.

The person said that he/she heard that Tracey was a good kisser, which led the chat down an undesirable path, so I put a hangup on the word kisser.

Okay, don't do kisser. Actually, I have plugins for sex words and sexual acts you might be able to use. I'll just change it to a shared plugin and repost it here.

Yeah, pretty much. 'kisser' isn't a word that's used much. Kiss is but that would pick up even an innocent 'kiss' phrase a chatter uses. EG - Kiss Kiss (the song).
I have keyphrases that are just the below plugins so it picks up a fair amount of it.
Then in the AI section I put <?PF rem "pervert" as only "name"; ?> and if the chatter hits a sex topic a second time she hangs up.

Activity: (rudeverbs)
ZOther: (rudeacts)
ZOTher: (sexword)

Example of what I mean:
Keyphrase: (sexword)
AI: <?PF rem "pervert" as only "name"; ?>
Response: You have the IQ of a dead rat.
Seek: (sexword)
Response: HANGUP <?PF if (mem-name) is "pervert"; ?>
You could even cut out the AI in that line above.

CHAT SESSION:

Chatter: I want to F*** you
Response: You have the IQ of a dead rat.
Chatter: Bl*w me
Response: ... (that's the HANGUP response)
