Moi is confused! Irina Khalidar appears to be listed twice (today) in the "most improved" list. She is at the top (purrrrr) when one first looks at the list, but then when I caress "see Full List" or whatever it is, she appears a few locations down. All the others are in a different order, too!

I need a little help here ... I am trying to create a customer service bot to help people find comics on my site, www.uproarcomedycd.com, but my bot is being very stubborn. I have only put in a few comedy CDs into his personality but even when I ask him about those he's not giving me the info I have given him to say. His name is "Uproar HelpBot" if you could take a look and see what I have done incorrectly I would appreciate it.

How high have you ranked the names of the comedy CDs in your bot's language center?

I have not assigned ranks to anything yet. I guess I will have to include that, eh?

You don't need to in the beginning. You can start out with everything set at 0 and adjust it later, after you get a feel for it.

Maybe you didn't put the keyphrases in the right place? like maybe you put them in some of the xkeyphrase spots? Or maybe the keyphrases you put in aren't matching up exactly to what you are asking the bot. For example if you put in the big bad bear as a keyprase and someone says big bad bear, without the the, it won't work. I know these are basic suggestions, so maybe you are thinking, of course I know that... just trying to help though.

Or maybe you haven't done the right format for your keyphrases. Like maybe you put slashes instead of comma's between variations.. try showing us an example of your keyphrases.
