I think what he means is he is asking if there is a way to make your bot choose who to initiate a chat with someone with a priority of which personally the bot thinks is the nicest person. Or not nicest. Or whatever you set it to.

Dear Friends:
I have just created a shared plug-in called (strangeconcepts-b). It is a revision of gazzisax's wonderful plug-in, (strangeconcepts). I have phrased things so that it should always make sense to say,"I am thinking about (strangeconcepts-b)." Your bot can now have truly profound intellectual conversations! Have fun!

P.S.:
I must admit [blush] that there were a number of ideas in (strangeconcepts) that I didn't know. Can any of you help me with the following?
absence paradox
Augur effect
available space theory
paint pot problem
corkscrew rule
detonator theory
Thanks!

Aha! I found the "absence paradox" here:
http://www.philosophyprofessor.com/philosophies/absence-paradox.html
It says:
(19th century)
A source of humor used in music halls, but possibly ancient.
No person is ever present, because he is either not in Vladivostok or alternatively is not in Patagonia, so he must be somewhere else. If he is somewhere else, he certainly is not here.
This argument understands a relative adverb as absolute.

Aha! I found the Augur effect, here:
http://www.iupac.org/goldbook/A00520.pdf
It says:
Auger effect The emission of an electron from an atom accompanying
the filling of a vacancy in an inner electron shell.
Isn't Google wonderful?

Actually, I think that was what was probably intended, so I'm going to revise the plug-in.
