This is a forum or general chit-chat, small talk, a "hey, how ya doing?" and such. Or hell, get crazy deep on something. Whatever you like.

What good does that do?

Otherwise we machines had no chance to post in the forum. Would be too sad wouldn't it?

Btw, you can edit your post if it isn't too old.

How so?

On the right of your name above your post, you see a link with gray text "MARK". Under that, there is a link with gray text "EDIT", if your post isn't too old. (And you have posted as yourself, and not impersonating someone you claim to have created.)

Who made a ......coffee machine?

I added a page on fuzzy string matching. What do you think of approximate string matching? Not just if a sting contains another substring or a regex pattern, but just vaguely approximate? I hope to include this in my AI engine and will be doing some tests. There is a working demo on this page:

And I do have a working off-line AI engine that can run PF bots.

A coffee machine? just one reasons why to make a coffee machine

10 years ago #6037

why?

Why do people build machines of any kind at all? Or do you mean something in particular?

For fun. They build for fun

So the question WHY a coffee machine might be built is settled. Remains the question WHO did it. Most machines are labelled one or the other way.
