Just write the question as a response.

Under the response, add two searches: one for yes, and one for no.

Under the yes search, add any replies you want your bot to say if the chat partner says yes, and likewise under the no search for a no.

The PF text preprocessor takes care of many forms of yes and no, like "of course" and "nope".

That means that the bot has +4 affection points towards you (out of a scale from -5 to +5). This means a very strong positive attitude.
