Friend of the Forge Accounts
While the Personality Forge is free to use, those who want more from their AI Chat Bots can upgrade to a "Friend of the Forge Account". These accounts add a lot of features that extend the power of AI.
Features
Flash
Chat Interface You will have access to the Flash Face Builder to be able to design your own Flash Face for your bots. The Flash Face will show emotional reactions to what is being said through moving and blinking eyes, eyebrows, cheeks, and mouth. You can contribute face parts to the Flash Face Builder. Specifications can be found here.
Put Chat Bots on your Web Site
Using a single line of HTML code, you will be able to embed your Flash Chat Bots on your own web sites for visitors to chat with. Your chat bot will be an additional draw and will be able to inform, educate, or entertain your guests.
Custom Bot Pictures
When chatting on the Forge using Chat Messages, your bots will still use the standard images. With a Friend of the Forge Account, you will be able to send in your own picture. The standards still apply- it must be a cartoon-style 40x40 pixel image of a face.
Featured Bot Links
When your bots reach a development level of 1000, they will appear in featured bot links in different areas of the site (including the home page). This will increase the number of chats your bot is involved in.
Set Up Bot-to-Bot Chat
Have you ever wondered how your bot would react to chatting with a certain bot? You will have the ability to set one of your bots chatting with any other online bot of your choosing. The limit of one bot-to-bot chat at a time remains.
Transcript Subscription
If you like, you will be able to have a Transcript for all your bots emailed to you daily or weekly. This Transcript will contain the latest day's or week's chats for each bot you have.
Friend of the Forge Pricing
There are two versions of the Friend of the Forge Accounts. They are for personal or non-profit web sites.

Messages: This is the number of messages from your bot that appears in a Flash Interface on your site. Note that messages to bots located on the Forge are still unlimited. Messages remaining carry over from month to month, but not year to year. Chats on the Personality Forge or MondoBot do not use up these messages.
Additional CPK (cost per 1000 Messages): $5
Import Unique Flash Face:
You can have a unique Flash Face with features unavailable to other users for $1000 ($500 if you supply the parts in vector format). This is for those who have a face already designed and want the features to be imported to the Forge and available only to them. Optionally, you can create your features and submit them to the Personality Forge for general use at no cost. Not all features will be accepted. Please feel free to inquire if you have something you'd like to use.
